Job description (What You Will Do)
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Admin section including fields of General , HR, GA.
1. General
- Plan to renew Enterprise registration certificate, Investment Registration certificate, land use rights for any change requirements from BOD and Head Quarter.
- Plan to make and manage section budget.
- Update Outside Law and regulations related to administration.
- Make the yearly target and action plan for the section and responsible for monthly detailed report.
- Response with Local Authorities and audits from HQ as well as audits from the customers related to labor issues and Corporate social responsibilities, Disney & RBA standards etc.
- Plan human resource requirements in conjunction with other Section Heads.
- Co-ordinate internal and external training and recruitment activities.
- Organize and conduct employee information meetings on employment policy, benefits and compensation
- Revise HR policies in compliance with changing or new legislation, while communicating with BOD any changes in legislative requirements and ensure all documentation is accessible to all employees.
- Manage the preparation of the timesheet for making monthly payroll.
- Provide pragmatic and consistent guidance and advice to section heads at all levels on issues related to employee performance, legal compliance, disciplinary procedure, grievance procedure etc.
- Conduct new employee orientation program and other educational and training programs
2. Human Resource
- Issue internal Company policy, regulation, rules, announcement, procedure, forms related to human and compliance.
- Build up Salary table & allowance & conditions. Liaise with BOD to set appropriate salary scales for existing and prospective staff consistent with market conditions and Company policies.
- Issue matters of Salary increase, promotion and personnel transfer.
- Build up and renew Employees Performance Evaluation.
- Make and renew Company working regulation and responsible for registering with related Authorities.
- Consult & support BOD on discussion meetings with Union Committee to set up Collective Labor agreement and register it with related Authorities.
- Build up Training plan for human resource development to meet company development target.
- To coordinate and support all aspects of manpower plan & the new recruitment and selection process of employees to fill vacancies.
- Manage closely matters of Labor contract and probation contract and Non Disclousure Agreement, Social insurance, 24 hours Insurance in compliance with labor law request.
3. General Affairs
- To support Japanese correspondence on work permit, resident card, house/apartment leasing etc
- Plan & organize Company events.
- Responsible to manage security guards force smoothly and in & out vehicle registrations effectively & rental pick up drop off car & drivers.
- Control caterer and closely food hygiene & safety at factory and Canteen area.
- Responsible to manage cleaners team and matters of Uniform, safety protect equipment, locker, Stationery, Drinking water, Express, Bike/ car parking, Office equipment etc.
- Manage nurse & operation of clinic room, as well as plan & organize First Aid training and consulting health issue and Annual health check for all employees as stipulated by law request
4. Other Duties
- Responsible to carry out reports to HQ when requested.
- Responsible to carry out report to authorities and Customers related to human, Labor.
- Other jobs assigned by BOD on J-SOX requirements, fire -fighting issues, reports to HQ when requested.

- Female in labor age)
- Bachelor Degree, MA in Business Administration or HR Management;
- At least 5 years of experience in administration and human resource field;
- Fluent in English;
- Leadership skill, Communication skill, Problem solving skill.
- Can work under high pressure.
- Good at computer skill;

Working time:
- Based on the working calendar of the Company issued in year
- Working time from 8:00am to 4:45pm
- Can be rotated off on Saturday based on the working calendar
- Can be overtime working if any
