Make and manage tender strategy and implement tender plan
Tender support in terms of getting quotations/ Pricing
Evaluation of tender submission
Assist in drafting contracts for the purchase of equipment, materials, and transportation services and negotiation conditions.
Follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, import procedures, and required documentation.
Coordinate after-sales support and warranty services with suppliers and contractors.
Monitor and manage procurement documentation to ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
Collect and manage and improve cost Database, cost model … and others related to professional job
Contact Suppliers, contractors to collect the cost proposal and make cost comparison sheet
Support participation in making processes related to bidding, advances, payments, settlements, and cost management.
2. Administrative Support
Support the review and verification of acceptance and payment documents submitted by contractors.
Assessment VO/ Final Account for contractors
Assist in drafting and revising contracts and contract appendices (amendments, addenda), Ensure contract compliance, review, renew, and manage contract terminations
Organize and manage document flow: collect signatures, store documents, and coordinate the exchange of files between internal departments and contractors.
Conduct market surveys and continuously update the pricing database for key EPC contract items (as per BOQ) to support purchasing and cost estimation.
Compiling, keeping track of all formal contractual documentations relevant to the project
Monthly Cost reporting and forecast cash flow
Set up, review and update standard contract
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Construction Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience at the Owner /main contractor company in procurement/tender/Qs at site construction projects or solar rooftop project is plus
- Strong communication skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a high-pressure environment.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Other Skills: Analytical/ problem solving/ decision making/ presentation/document control skills.
